TPV Uncorked and Online Orders

BILLING
The credit card on file is billed within one week of your order. Orders are placed during the first weekend of February, June, and October.
​
SKIP AN ALLOCATION
TPV Uncorked members are permitted to skip one allocation per calendar year. Once the second allocation has been processed, the request to skip more than one release per year will result in cancellation of the subscription and all associated benefits.

CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION
Subscriptions can be cancelled free of charge any time after the second allocation has been processed. To cancel a subscription, the TPV Uncorked member must notify Twisted Pines Farm and Vineyard by phone (540-457-1054) or email no less than three weeks (21 days) prior to the next allocation. If the notification is received less than three weeks before the next order, the order for the current allocation will still be prepared and charged to the club member, though all future allocations will be cancelled.

​ORDERS & SHIPPING​

​FLEXIBLE PICK-UP
If you select pick up for your order, please make arrangements to pick-up within 60 days of your order. Orders may be picked up in Staunton or at an upcoming festival that Twisted Pines Farm and Vineyard will be attending. Arrangements for location of pick-up can be made by phone (540-457-1054) or email.
Unfortunately, we cannot hold orders for longer than 60 days due to limited storage space. Those that are unclaimed after the 60-day holding period will be shipped to you and shipping costs will be charged to the credit card on file.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Twisted Pines Farm and Vineyard has partnered with Vinoshipper to ship outside of the state of Virginia. Regulations for shipping wine vary by state. We comply with all regulations based on their individual shipping laws and limitations. Due to current state regulations, we regretfully cannot ship wine to all states. We are currently permitted to ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CO, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.
The rules and regulations for shipping wine vary by state; find the rules for your state here. International shipments are not available at this time.

SHIPMENT
Shipments will be sent via UPS within one week of the order placement, though unexpected delays may occur due to weather or holidays. Because temperature variances can impact the quality of wine, we generally ship Monday through Wednesday.

DELAYS DUE TO WEATHER
Wine can be damaged by exposure to extreme weather, such as extreme heat or freezing temperatures. We may place a temporary hold on orders being shipped to states affected by such extreme weather conditions. To track the shipping status of your order, go to refer to the tracking number on the email confirmation you received.
It is recommended that you order your wine to be shipped via an expedited service. The less time your wine spends in transit, the less the chance of it being damaged.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a UPS tracking number. You can also find your tracking number within your account under Purchases.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
In compliance with both state and federal laws, someone aged 21+ must be available to sign for the order at time of pick-up or delivery.

MISSED DELIVERY
​UPS will make three, consecutive, business day attempts to deliver your order.

They won’t specify the time of delivery but will specify the date(s).

If unsuccessful after three attempts, UPS will hold your order five days at one of their local distribution centers. It will then be your responsibility to pick it up.

After the five days, it will be returned to the winery. If the order is returned you are charged for the return shipping to the winery, and then the reshipping back to you.

An alternate delivery address or delivery date can be specified while the order is in transit. UPS charges a per package fee for the in-transit change plus any additional shipping charges.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES
Once an order is processed, it is considered to be purchased. Generally, wine may only be returned for exchange or refund if the incorrect order was shipped or the order arrived damaged. Please see Vinoshipper's Return Policy for such scenarios.
Wines that experience quality issues may be eligible for an exchange, provided you notify Twisted Pines Farm and Vineyard by phone (540-457-1054) or email within 30 days of purchase and maintain the bottle of wine in question until a resolution has been confirmed by Twisted Pines Farm and Vineyard.
The following do not warrant a refund or exchange: not liking the taste of the wine; receiving the as a gift and wanting to exchange it; overbuying for an event and returning excess bottles; buyer's remorse/changing your mind.
